Are your items authentic?

Yes, our items are 100% authentic. We do not support the counterfeit industry.  We are proud to announce that we have partnered with Entrupy, the world’s best & in demand authentication solution for luxury items. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our items being pre-loved (secondhand), all sales are final and we are unable to offer a return, exchange or refund ( unless proven to be counterfeit ).  Please choose carefully.  If there are any areas that would require further photographs please contact us prior to purchasing, we would love to assist.  In the end we hope every customer know what they are getting and that the item is exactly what they are expecting​.

Payment

We currently accept bank transfer, Wise or PayPal. If you are based in New Zealand or Australia, bank transfer is the best option. If you are based in the USA, UK or Canada, PayPal or Wise would be the best option. We do not accept credit card due to the number of credit card frauds.

International Shipping & Import fees

We ship worldwide using DHL express. Shipping time to the USA on average is 3-5 days. We take care of any import fees so you do not need to worry about this. We have sent over 600 bags to the USA, none of our USA or Australian customers have needed to pay any tax or fees. This does not apply to countries outside of Australia, NZ or the USA.

New Zealand Shipping

We use NZPOST overnight tracked & sign required.

Why can I not purchase directly from your website?

Unfortunately due to the number of scammers & credit card frauds out there, we have to be very careful when processing orders, because of this, we like to be able to message our customers directly & prefer payment via PayPal or Wise. We may need you to verify your identity.

What is Wise?

Wise is a money transfer platform owned by PayPal, the currency rates & fees are very good which means we can offer you a discount. You can sign up or find more info here: https://wise.com/

How does the purchase process work?

You can message us on Live Chat, Facebook or Whatsapp using the pink chat icon in the bottom right hand corner. Let us know which bag you would like, which country you are in & your preferred payment method.

PayPal invoice:

Please send us your email address & we will email you a PayPal invoice to make payment. Please ensure your address on your PayPal account is correct before making payment, this is the address we must ship to, no exceptions. Please also ensure you checkout with your account & not as a guest. Guest checkout orders will be cancelled. 

Wise payments:

We will send your account Wise details to make payment.

Bank Transfer:

If you are in New Zealand, we will send you our ASB account number.

If you are in Australia, we will send you our Australian bank account details. 

Your item will usually ship within 24 hours of payment.
